  • Am I allowed to bring my dog along?

    Yes, you can, but it would be good if you could let us know in advance if this is what you are planning to do.

  • By what time do I need to bring back the van?

    You will need to bring it back by 2pm on the last day of your booked holiday.

  • Can I hire the van for longer than a week?

    Of course, the vans are hired by the week, but there is no reason you can’t book the vans for longer. We will then transfer your £500 security deposit to the successive week, so you will never have to leave deposit of more than £500 regardless of how long you wish to hire a van from us.

  • Can I leave my car with you while I enjoy my holiday?

    Yes, we do have secure parking, so you are welcome to leave your car with us during your holiday.

  • Can I take the van anywhere in Europe?

    Yes, you can. However, there will be a surcharge of £75 per week to cover the cost of insurance and AA cover on the continent. We would need to know when you book the van, whether you are planning on going abroad or not to make arrangements

  • Can more than one person drive the van?

    Yes, this can easily be arranged, however, there will be a surcharge of £5 for each additional driver per day, and again we would need to know this when you book the van.

  • Could you pick me up from the train station?

    Yes, that is no problem, we can pick you up either from Brighton or Hove station.

  • Do I need to bring my own bedding?

    No, we will provide you with enough bedding for your party. Just let us know how many of you there will be. Of course if you wish to bring your own, that is fine too.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes, you will need to pay a deposit of £500 at the time of the booking which will be refunded within a few days of you giving back the van, providing that everything is ok.

  • How old do I need to be to be able to hire one of your vans?

    You will need to be the young age of 25 in order to be able to book one of our vans.

  • Is there a restriction to the mileage I do?

    There are no restrictions whatsoever, so you can drive as far as you like, as long as you bring back the van on the agreed day.

  • What about petrol?

    We will make sure the van has a full tank when you come and pick it up and would ask you to make sure that it also has a full tank when you drop it back off.

  • What happens if I break down?

    Each van comes with full breakdown assistance. Again, If you intend on traveling abroad, you must let us know before you pick-up as so we can obtain European cover before you set off.

  • What time can I pick up the van?

    You can pick up the van after 12pm on first day of your booked holiday.
